How do I choose the right crystal for me? This is one of the most asked questions when it comes to crystals and stones!
The crystal world can be overwhelming with the amount of countless stones to choose from and all of the different properties the crystals and stones hold. Especially for beginners or those who are new to crystals, it can be difficult to know what stones to start with or which crystals to choose.
What I always suggest is to find and choose the crystal that speaks or calls to you. Take some time to explore different crystal shops, online and in person, take a look at the different stones and see what stands out to you.
You can research different crystals and crystal properties to see if a certain stone or particular property of the stone resonates with you, you may find you feel drawn to work with a particular type of stone.
You can try holding different stones in your hands to see what feels right for you and to see how your energy aligns with the stone.
There will always be a stone or crystal that will stand out to you, and that is the crystal that is meant for you at that time. Often when looking for new crystals, it is like the crystal chooses us rather than us choosing the crystal.
When looking for the right crystal for you, you may find the stone will sparkle brighter than the rest, shine a particular way, appear to have a deep or special color, or the crystal may even vibrate, sing or energetically shout out at you to take it home. The great thing about crystal shopping is you can never choose the wrong stone and the crystal that is meant for you will always find and make its way to you!
